Foot-lynx operates as an online retailer and partners with trusted fulfillment facilities to ship orders efficiently. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partners located within and outside the United States, depending on product availability. Regardless of the shipping origin, all orders are delivered to customers within the United States in accordance with the delivery timelines outlined below. Customers will not be required to complete any additional customs procedures for U.S. deliveries.

This policy applies to shipments sent to customers located in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, Foot-lynx does not offer international shipping.

  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time: Typically 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

  • Transit time: Around 4–7 business days, depending on carrier and destination.

  • Estimated delivery window: Approximately 5–10 business days in total.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.

We work with reliable carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Paid Shipping (if applicable): Not currently offered, as Foot-lynx provides free shipping for all U.S. orders.

Delivery Concerns

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Delivery times may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, or peak demand periods. Foot-lynx is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

If you encounter issues such as delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments, please:

  2. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with your tracking number.

  • Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders.
  • All orders include tracking. Tracking details are sent via email after shipment.
